19 Days & Counting: My Express Shipping Glasses Nightmare! 😤
I felt compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. I desperately needed new glasses after my old ones broke, so I ordered from this company on March 30th and even paid extra for express 3-5 day shipping. What a joke! Day 5 came, still in production. Day 10, still in production. By Day 11, I called to demand a shipping refund, which I did get, but my glasses were still six days out on delivery. It’s been Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! This company is terrible, terrible, terrible, and it feels like they don't give a crap about their customers. I'm leaving this review because I truly believe people should stop giving terrible companies their money.
Customer: My order was placed on March 30th, and I paid for 3-5 day express shipping because my old glasses broke. It's now Day 11, and they're still in production. I need an update, and I want a refund for the express shipping. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I see your order #XYZ and the express shipping charge. It appears there was an unforeseen delay in production. I apologize for this inconvenience. I can certainly process a full refund for the express shipping fee right now. Customer: That's a start, but it doesn't solve the problem of me not having glasses! You told me they'd still be 6 days out on delivery when I called yesterday. I’m without my glasses and I paid extra for speed. What's the actual ETA now? CS Rep: I completely empathize with your situation. Let me check the most current production status and estimated dispatch for you right away. One moment, please. Customer: This is ridiculous. I just want my glasses, or a full refund for the entire order if you can't deliver them quickly. CS Rep: I understand, sir. I've confirmed the express shipping refund has been processed. Regarding your glasses, the updated estimate for dispatch is within the next 2 business days. We are doing our best to expedite this. Would you like me to cancel the order and issue a full refund instead?
